Students operate as District Managers, gaining direct exposure in pitching campaigns, managing local logistics, coordinating high-level exams, and organizing recognition certificates distribution.
We provide a reliable monthly support structure (₹10,000 Stipend + ₹5,000 Field Allowance) to offset student travel costs, complemented by a transparent milestone incentive framework.
Upon successful execution of the championship, interns receive official corporate recognition, recommendation letters, and operational credits from TestSeriesPro.
A structured 3-month field operations curriculum that guides students through corporate communication, project management, and logistics execution.
Students perform strategic outreach to empanel district school managements, coordinating details with Correspondents, HMs, and Trust Boards.
Interns facilitate presentations, explain championship goals, and partner with schools to enroll student volumes.
Interns coordinate paper logistics, scheduling dates with school staff, and manage on-site examination execution.
Manage the safe bundle returns of answer papers, process results, and organize distribution of certificates and medals.

Selected interns are responsible for the end-to-end execution of TNIAC within their assigned district — from identifying and approaching schools, through student registration and examination coordination, to answer-sheet collection and distribution of certificates and medals.
Identify and build a database of schools within your assigned district — the foundation every later step depends on.
Call Principals, Correspondents, Management and School Coordinators to introduce TNIAC, then maintain regular communication and follow-up with every participating school.
Visit schools, present the competition, explain the process and benefits, convince management to participate, and coordinate student registrations while maintaining school/student records.
Coordinate exam dates and requirements, receive and deliver examination materials as instructed by TestSeriesPro, and conduct the exam with school staff, ensuring proper distribution and collection of question papers and answer sheets.
Collect completed answer sheets and submit/send them to TestSeriesPro as per the prescribed process, then coordinate results and subsequent activities with participating schools.
Distribute certificates, medals and other recognition materials to students as instructed by TestSeriesPro. Maintain accurate records throughout, and act as the primary point of contact between TestSeriesPro and your district's schools.

This is a 3-month, full-time, field-oriented and target-driven internship — not a desk-only role.
What happens after the internship? This internship is also a hiring pipeline: candidates who successfully complete the 3-month internship, and our best performers in particular, are considered for conversion into a full-time role with TestSeriesPro. Strong, consistent field performance during your internship is the clearest path to a permanent position.
